This seriously made me question what I watch. I am going to try and not watch porn.

I watched another Ted Talk on porn the other night, which says similar things. I posted it on another thread also.

I watch it much, much less now too. There was a period of time I watched every night. icon_redface.gificon_redface.gif And I started to be dependent on it.

Now I probably watch one every few month. icon_biggrin.gif

I've been watching at least twice as much since I watched that.

Amen to his advocacy of being able to laugh in sex. All the violence in porn and humiliation and submission and domination is so messed up.

The porn that for me is super charged and hot would be that which he describes sex as it should be, where two people can share a laugh, passion, and it seems rare that passion is seen on camera in terms of real intense holding and full body contact, which covers up those "close ups" he says the camera seems to always be geared toward.

I like the studios that have handsome models who can smile and laugh and just enjoy themselves on camera, without trying to play some damned scenario of violence or rape.
