This isometric exercise gives me better posture and a preview of what it will feel like where I want to be. As well as making me walk man sexy. Anybody else do this?

You mean flexing your ab wall.. saying holding your stomach in sounds kind of pathetic, but I get your gist. And I do it occasionally but never all day. Like any muscle or group of muscles, they get exhausted.

but what I am really curious about is what exactly is walking man sexy.. I think you need to take a video and show the rest of us.

There's an better way - it's called good posture:

    - pelvic tilt forward
    - shoulders back
    - head held high over shoulders

Your chest will automatically get much bigger without having to puff it out, your shoulders wider, and your waist smaller.

Everything eagermuscle said, when you hold your abdomen in, your pelvis is drawn upward, that corrects your lower back posture. In the military, it was Stomach in Chest out.

Walking Man Sexy, is walking with confidence, holding your abdomen in lightly, which will draw your chest up and make you have to consciously control your upper and lower body. When I'm fit, I sometimes sense provocatively sexy style of walking.

Yep, pelvic tilt and imagining a rope hooked to the ceiling pulling everything up. Training fascia membranes is an aspect of muscle fitness that is not talked about much.

When I started exercising in 2012 and notices some slight definition in my abs from doing routine crunches & leg lifts, I'd do it on occasion lol.

Yep....and easier said than done. It takes practice, but, it works.

Yeah , it's like better breathing .... It becomes a lifestyle rather than rote exercise. But looking back I don't know how I survived without it. I was immobilized as a teen sometimes because of spinal alignment problems that caused horrific back pain.

Yes. It is good posture. When i was in college modern dance the prof said, "Pull the string" as she raised her hand above her head and stood tall, proud, and confident. Ive been doing this ever since. I feel better aboutcmyself when I stand with good posture.
