What excercies can i do to lift

    I don't have the money to go to the gym or buy weights. I try to do pushups and other exercises but I need help with an exercise schedule that'll help my upper body and arms more than just cardio exercises.

    I tried using this app called 'gorilla' but it's just too much for me.

    The best workout tips I've gotten on RJ have come from Scruffypup (for ass) and Paulflexes (for arms and chest). I'm sure you can find their tips, and others, by searching old threads.

    Mainly, you want to do squats, deadlifts and pushups. When done properly these core exercises will give you a full body workout. I tend to incorporate them with cardio, by doing a variety of exercises that involve lifting my own weight, like "Brazilian butt lift"-type aerobicize workouts.

    Exercise schedules are for people with regular schedules.

    I like to do several shorter (5-10 minutes) workouts throughout the day as time allows...like two sets each time, and a different muscle group each time.

    Last night I did 45 minutes just before bed. It nearly killed me. I had to take a sleeping pill to go to sleep after that. icon_lol.gif
