Being Bulky And Athletic.

    Good morning guys!

    I have another question... and could use some help on it. I have been bulking for a little while now. And the thing is... i still want to bulk. But i have been doing a lot more cardio recently. And still eating a lot, but over eating or having too many calories.

    Is there a way to be bulky, but also have a little bit of an athletic body too? it seems counter productive in a way. But i am trying to be as flexible, fast, and powerful as i can. While also staying big.

    Any advice would be much appreciated icon_smile.gif

    I have actually icon_smile.gif back when i played football in high school. One of them happened to be on the skinny side. And a lot were on the athletic/swimmers body type.

    The thing about bulking is you also have to do the cutting phase or all you're doing is getting fat. Just eat what you need to stay lean and add a ton of protein several times/day. But you also have to stay with the weights.
