Within the last 10 yrs i lost alot of weight . Anyway the skin on my upper to lower stomach is now stretched a little. Its really depressing. I tried to diet it off and cardio it off but not only did it not go away it ended up taking away my muscle everywhere else as well. My idea was to start bulking but clean and conservatively. Keeping the cardio as well but trying to add muscle to my upper body to take the place of the skin and tighten it. Whats your opinion on this . Will this tighten or just make a worse issue. Its not fat its def loose skin like a pillow case .
