For those interested - Just posted my latest flexing vid. 3-months then I hit 50 so I am going all out with my training. Near my target bodyfat percentage for my bulking phase - about 11%. Got another 4 weeks to go then my cutting start again. My target bodyfat for cutting is always 7%. Sort of a healthy level with enough muscle detail and healthy fat levels..
Anyway...keep trainging hard guys and GROW!
