hi guys im 35 6'2 16% bf. I feel like ive lost weight but bf isnt decreasing. That leads me to believe that I am losing muscle mass and my pics support that theory. Anyways i also have some loose skin on my lower body . What I want to do I keep the size but get some definition, so it looks like I even go to the gym. I was cycling my cals but that lead to muscle loss. I am thinking of doing a 2500 cal diet, watching my macros closely still weight training 3-5 days a week with cardio. What do you guys think? Getting frustrated.
