I was 160 last summer, and I dropped to 145 in a few months. However, I haven't been to the gym in 2 months, and I've been eating junk food like none other. So I gained 10 pounds and now I'm 155, yea I know that's bad but whatever I want to lose it again. Imma do the same thing I did last time, lifting weights, doing short intense cardio, cutting down carbs, bumping up the protein, etc. I've been using a workout my friend gave me, but I think it's definetely time to start a new workout. Any ideas of where I can find a good workout? Preferrably one that involves mostly weights, cause I can't do excercises at my gym that involve cables or most kinds of machines. Any help would be great, thanks.
