    Hi all,
I am new to this forum so I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this.

Like the title explains I’m a 30 year old closeted bi-sexual male ( I am also Dutch, so I apologise for my bad English in advance ;)

Just need to get this of my chest.

Ever since I can remember I’ve been attracted to both guys and women. However I have never been sexual with someone of the same sex. For various reasons I could never truly accept my feelings for other men. Now that I am older I can no longer ignore my feelings. The thought of being with a guy is on my mind a lot. Not just sexually but also emotionally.

Since I have no experience with all of this I don’t know how to contact other men who ‘struggle’ with the same feelings. I also don’t know how to engage in a sexual relationship with another guy.

I did try several (regular) dating sites, and set my profile to 'bi-sexual'. What puzzled me is that I seemed to get messages from younger guys in their late teens (18-19) and early twenties. Or older guys in their forties or fifties. Even after I changed the age bracket closer to my own age...That kind of surprised and freaked me out, so this never worked out.

I am wondering what other gay/bi-sexuals think of someone my age, who in a way is still a ‘virgin’ when it comes to relationships with guys. (So far I’ve only been with women).

What should I do? How do I explain this when I meet someone I really like?

Any advise on this would be welcome.

Thanks, and I hope all of this makes any sense 

Step one: Muster up the courage to tell a friend. Chances are he will understand and help you. There are lots of closeted bi guys out there. in fact, out of my three "straight" roomies, one just confided to me a couple days ago that he's bi. No sex happened, but I am mentoring him. It's not something that internet forums will be much help with.

    Step two: See step one.
