    What should I work on? What is effective? Will I be able to have a "fuckable" body by July? Let me know and be harsh

    Well,, since no one else wants to tell you.
    You actually have a really nice frame to start with.
    Lucky you. All you need now, is a lot of Protein and some intense weight training to fill out that frame.
    Then cut for a while to show off all that hard work. Make the most of what your Daddy gave ya!

    What do you want to be? You're handsome, you're in good physical shape. Is that not enough? If you want more then just routine workouts to build muscle will probably be enough, with diet constraints, alcohol elimination and mindful moderation. Be yourself, be comfortable with who you are, don't try and be something for everyone else!

    I think you would suit a runner's build, a bit more cut than you are right now. You could go for a more beefy build but I am not sure it will suit you until you are older, especially if you like wearing very fashionable clothes (it's really hard to get clothes that fit a gym physique from the more trendy young person places like Topman).

    U need to do HIIT (or whatever works for u) to cut your body fat. Then you'll be able to see the priority areas more easily.

    But based on what's visible...

    Thicken ur triceps, widen your back would be top 2. Then bring out your chest. U didn't show calves. You've got good quads - you don't want that to contrast with skinny calves.

    U can lose the fat, widen back and bring out chest fairly quickly. Calves and tris might take longer.

    If you are not already considered "fuckable" then I obviously do not know the definition of that word. I think you have a great build with good definition, particularly chest and legs.

    there is NOTHING wrong with your body.

    i guarantee you that a large percentage of guys are physically attracted to your body type, AS IS.

    maintain or enhance your exercise or program. . .just do it for you, not others.

    fyi: at 21 yrs old. . .you're already ahead of the curve.

    You've already met your July goal.

    No expert by any means but I'd diet down 5 lbs, tweak your abs and build up your arms a bit more.

    To critique a body, we need first to know to what standards you wanted to be critiqued.

    There's a huge difference between if you're looking for the swimmer's body type, and if you want a Dwayne Johnson kindof body.

    If I rely on today's gay aims, I assumed you want to get bigger. If you read this topic again and again, you might realize that you actually have a pretty fuckable body, but so does a lot of other gays. Soon enough, the body dismorphic disorder will kick in and you'll want to be bigger.

    First step to do that is broadening you back and shoulders, working on your chest too, as muscle_dude said. Eat a lot. Like... A LOT. But watch what you eat, you don't see like you'd have a very hard time putting on some mass, make sure it's not all fat.

    Oh and yeah, by then, the cute shirt + bowtie outfit won't fit. Most fashion shirts are not designed for V-shaped bodies. It sucks. I love my bowties icon_sad.gif
