i was at the gym last night around 10pm for the first time(couldn't believe how many people were there) and did 30 minutes on the tread, 88degree incline and alternating 2 minutes at 3.8 and 2 minutes at 8.0 speed. I noticed my feet were BURNING! so much that on the drive home i took off my socks and shoes! this nevr happened to me before. does this mean i need new shoes or was it just because i already exerted my feet from prvious activities during the day?
