Anal Fissure Treatment

    Hello.

I wanted to post this, because of a mistake I made 3 or 4 years ago, that I think it's time to fix... Hopefully, as much as I can...

I am 18 years old, and I've had same-sex interests for as long as I can remember, but I'm not outside of the closet. However, I started experimenting with anal pleasuring about 3 or 4 years ago. At first I was just using fingers, then I used a cucumber, but because that ended up a bit messy and it's not exactly reusable- I tried to use a deodorant can.

However, at the time, I either did not think such a thing could possibly happen, or maybe I wasn't just thinking with the right head- I ended up inserting the deodorant can from the side of the lid... It was up my anus for about a minute or two, when I felt that it opened, and the lid detached from the can...

At that time I absolutely panicked... I took the can out, but the lid was still inside, and quite a bit inside too... My parents didn't know, noone other than me knew... And I couldn't risk leaving it in, in order to go to the doctor and have it removed... Leaving it inside, considering it's size, I though would just end up with it going further and further inside, so I couldn't just wait to have to go to the toilet and push it out along with the rest.. As well as I thought that would be extremely painful... My thoughts were going faster than I could comprehend them, and the panic kicked in fully, so without thinking- I just starting pushing as hard as I could and digging my fingers as far as I could in order to reach it...

I managed to reach it and grab it quickly, however I didn't have the common sense to take it out gently because of what I had pictured in my head, so I just took it out as fast as I could... And while doing that, I made a very bad wound on my sphincter, which at first bled very badly... I rushed to the bathroom and pressed against it with toilet paper, while clenching my anus, and eventually the bleeding stopped...

As I said, that was 3 or 4 years ago, so the moment the bleeding stopped- I thought it was all done, and I had nothing to worry about... But ever since then, I've had the wound there, and I'm pretty sure that it's what you'd call an "anal fissure" at this point... Might have even gotten to the point of it being chronic, considering that I read online that's what happens after 60 days of it appearing, if it's not gone...

Over these years, I've gotten more and more active with my anus, using bigger and bigger toys. Every now and again, the fissure would bleed, but because it was on the outside- I just put some ordinary ointment on it, that you would put on any ordinary wound, without giving it much though, as the bleeding would stop as soon as I stopped inserting the toy and let my anus return to it's normal state. However, recently- I've had more and more issues with it bleeding almost every time I decide to play with myself, including most recently- when I just go to the bathroom...
Earlier today, I literally just went to the bathroom to do my business and as I started wiping, I was pretty much just wiping off blood and nothing else...

I realise that it was a mistake not to address this issue sooner and I was being more than stupid for not doing so until now... I read quite a bit about it on the internet and there's ointments made specifically to relax your sphincter muscles in order to let the blood flow return to it's normal state and let it heal. And if that doesn't work- then it's the surgery case, which I really hope isn't the only thing I end up with...

The reason for making this topic, is because I don't have anybody to ask, and I am ashamed to go to my doctor and tell him about it, considering that I'm not out, and even now- I can count the people that know about me on the fingers of one hand... I was hoping that if I explained my situation, how it happened and provided information about how it was right now, then maybe somebody on here would be able to give me some advice as to what I can try, ointment-wise first, to treat it and see if maybe I can luck out... icon_sad.gif

I made a picture of how it currently looks for anybody that is wiling to help. The arrow points to the region where the fissure is.

Note: I took the image on lamp light, during the nighttime. I can take one in the daylight if it can help with better details and etc.

Thank you for reading, and I am truly hoping to get some advice on how to address this..

If you didn't want to help or as you said "click on the link", you could've just clicked away... You didn't need to leave a response saying something like that...

    ^^^ He has a cute ass…
Now for god sakes stop shoving deodorant cans up your ass…. They have nice smooth toys now.. And, you should likely see a doc, or like I said… stop shoving cans up there for awhile. Although it will likely heal on its own..

Look.....part of growing up is taking responsibility for yourself....including your health and your history...even the stupid and embarrassing stuff....because EVERYONE has some dark, nasty, embarrassing secrets.
That said, STOP with the anal play right now, for like 3 months, to give your body a chance to actually heal. Remember that even if you have a surgical fix performed, the post operative instructions will tell you to keep it clean, low strain in Bowel movements and NO ANAL PLAY...so why not try the NO ANAL PLAY and low strain BM's, NOW!...before seeking additional help? Seriously.
I am not sure about doctors in your country, but in the USA, doctors get EVERY possible kind of injury....do you really think you are the very first and only person to have injured your anus?...This is an injury of the strain of something large exiting your anus years ago. The gruesome details don't need to be revealed immediately, unless the doctor calls bullshit on you...then....come clean.....but this is an old injury and re-injury.....
LET IT HEAL FIRST by leaving it alone, keeping it clean, and a diet to soften the stool.....relax on the anal play right now!
