Workouts to ease back into a routine.

    Any suggestions for workouts to ease back into a routine? I've been out of it for too long and I'm just a bit intimidated

    Walking, calisthenics, and isometrics.

    This depends on what you wanna accomplish pretty much
    Now getting back to an all around weight routine will require you to hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week best to start with a full body routine and depending on how long you've been out and your overall health either at the beginner or intermediate level ....
