*Me chatting online to a super handsome guy in the town next to me.*

Him: You look really cute! Maybe we should grab coffee some time.
Me: Awww shucks, thanks. I'd be up for that.

**Various chatting about the weather, work, ect for the next couple of days on and off**

Him: I work for NASA as a System Analyst
Me: Wow! I guess you could say YOU'RE OUT OF THIS WORLD
Him: I forgot to tell you I have a partner.
Me: You forgot that little detail in your profile, and you're partnered and have naked pics all over your profile?!
Him: We are under a don't ask don't tell policy. It works for us. WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE?
Me: (gave him a nice little lecture and then) kthxbai

lol Online cheating is still cheating IMO. It's kinda sad that a lot of gays and bi dudes seem to be OK with it. lmao Good move JumpMan.

Hmmm...I bet if you were to send NASA a link to his profile, NASA would have a new acronym: Need Another Systems Analyst icon_wink.gif

This sorta kinda happened to me on this site lol. I was chatting with a member and based on the way he wrote his messages, I always thought he was single. I remember that we were talking about our favourite rock bands and all of the sudden, he unlocks his privates to me. Then like 2 weeks later, I discover he was in a "monogamous relationship" and he had unlocked his privates to other members too. lmao

    Ditto.

In fact, this thread needs it as it's own theme song:

    Open relationships aren't for me.
I would not want to be in one and I probably wouldn't hookup with a guy that was in one. That's just me. I'd rather a guy be single.

But, that's completely their own business.
If they have an agreement that allows them to have profiles on dating sites (with nude pics) and hookup with / talk to other guys, that's their business. They're ok with that.

See, that's the thing Acro. Many of these dudes aren't in open relationships. A lot of them claim to be in strict monogamous relationships. I don't get it. But I agree, it's their problem but I still think it's kinda weird.

If they are blatantly cheating, then yes, I do have a problem with that. They should be left alone, and keep their profile status to what it actually is.

I wonder if his partner knows they are under a "Don't ask don't tell" policy?
I guess you'd have to ask; wouldn't you?

I get similar responses when I'd ask Bi guys if their wife knew they were Bi.

When you go onto an online dating/hookup site or app you are implicitly submitting yourself for judgement by others. If this was not the case there would be no need for pics or any information on the profile at all. You were there to judge him (and be judged yourself), and he failed the judgement.

I don't care. As long as everyone knows about each other. But sneaking around without the other guy knowing.. nope.
