    I remember when they removed my Momma from the hospital to the hospice, after she had been diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer. Her only friend she had made in the 10 days there was a cleaning lady who was so very nice.

    I held it together until Mom had been taken from the room and then collapsed into this wonderful woman's arms and cried my heart out.

    but not universal - for a lot of people, hugs are reserved for those one has gotten to know already.
