Okay maybe it's just wishful thinking but we all have goals in life. I've been working out for a good number of years. It's the one hobby I've tried to stay with no matter whatelse.
I want to know if it's genetics that some of these guys have butt for days or if it's the way they are working out. Squats? Lunges? Eliptical machine.
    Interested in any insight.
Thanks in adavance. Have a great work out!

Bubba, there is a reason they call it working out. It takes work to get a rock solid back porch swing.

weighted walking lunges. smith machine lunges. weighted kickbacks. lying kickbacks. stairs. abductors and something i call the deadlift lunge... twice a week. your ass should be sore as a mofo. keep it up and youll notice a bubble forming icon_smile.gif

I've always had a fair amount of butt... then again I ran track in HS so that probably helped. Since I got back into lifting my leg routine always includes squats or lunges of some sort to keep the glutes in line icon_smile.gif

I have a big booty, but that's because my workouts don't seem to take an affect on my ass. I think it's definitely something you can work on though. It takes lunges and elipticals and also takes time - so just understand that before you get let down.

It's a little bit of both. I have a natural bubble and I have to work out like hell on leg day becaujse there is nothing worse than a soft bubbles! I plan to be able to bounce quarters off my ass until I die! YAY!

I think someone posted the same questions last week.

Eliptical machine won't do anything for you. You gotta stick with the compound exercises. Squats, stiff legged deadlifts, hack squat, walking lunges, stair master.

I'm sorry, but I don't like the whole dehyrated, no fat, striated muscle. That man may have a bubble butt when he's normal... but that is no bubble butt

I like the muscled guys just before they go on their 1-cup-of-water-a-day-and-no-carb-diet for a competition. I dont even need ripped abs, as long as they look good.

Anyway, i have a god given bubble butt... it's a family thing, big legs/big butt. playing Soccer/doing gymnastics for 8 years helped.. and working ou (Squats, lunges) dont hurt...

--that worked for me. im genetically flat, but after a year or so (its been longer by now) i had worked myself up an ass that gets noticed. im sure you will too, it just takes soreness-endurance.

I'm pretty lucky, I have a pretty nice ass, partially because of genetics, but also because of my workouts. I wish everything was that easy.
