    "Moderate exercise" = a 50 mile bike ride, with 10 of those miles being off-road.

    This is why I love CrossFit. I never have to worry that I'm not doing enough.

    I'm not fooling myself, my workouts have gone down the tubes but at least I'm still trying. Nope, not a muscle maniac or lifting 7 times my weight, hell I'm lucky to get 2 miles in on the treadmill and that's on a good day! Nope, not fooling anyone, I work on keeping the heart ticking, building a little muscle for the weekend and enjoying the shower after....what else do you REALLY need?
