What are some of your favorite health & fitness websites? (Besides, of course, RealJock. icon_wink.gif ) Why do you visit them, and how often? What do they have to offer? The websites needn't be gay-specific, but if they are, all the better.

I think it would be a good idea to make a list/compilation of these resources for RealJock members as a kind of "best-of" web library. It might also be useful to categorize the sites (e.g. Diet, Strength Training, Sexual Health, etc.).

Note: To format the hyperlink address, type: ""http address goes here"" (without the quotation marks), or click the "URL" icon above the message text box.

    So, any recommendations?

I subscribe to the Ironman Magazine email newsletters. They have some pretty decent tips. Some of it is redundant, but it's cool if you're looking for workout ideas.

But other than that, I only visit bodybuilding websites to see contest results and for some inspiration. The Muscular Development forum seems to be active with lots of steroid users, so that might be a good place to check if you're thinking about trying it out.

My Fit Tribe has some good content. I haven't been to that site in a while, but last time I was there, they had a lot of exercise videos and podcasts.

And thank goodness for YouTube. So many videos of different exercises. If you're just starting out and you don't have access to a personal trainer, it's a decent resource to check how to properly perform certain exercises.
