What Made Joint Pain Go Away 65% in One Day, for Me

    I already had Boswelia (Frankensense?), Tumeric, a pineapple and walnuts.

    Saturday, I went by my mom's house with a lot of books.

    Sunday, I bought:
    Glucosamine Sulfate 750 mg
    Salmon Oil 1000 MG, EPA 130 MG and DHA 70 MG
    Black Currant Oil 500 mg which has 70 mg GLA
    Bromelain 2400 GDU/g - 500 mg

    Monday morning I was about 65% better.

    I don't think I was getting GLA anywhere else in my diet.

    My chiropractor/acupuncturist told me Glucosamine takes a year to work.

    My joint hasn't felt this good in a long time.

    Love the rheumatologists with their fish oil, supplements and teas (got them all), but honestly dude, they do jack sh*t for progressive conditions such as osteo arthritis (or gout, for that matter).

    At least the basics of modern medicine - Celebrex (celecoxib) and Allopurinol - seem to help.

    Switching to pipes and bongs made my joint pain go away, but now I don't smoke it at all.
