    Do gays have a 4 year old's level of mental development that they need a campaign to tell them they "are perfect just the way they are?"

    You obviously do not understand.

    When a gay person is made to believe that he is defective and unacceptable, considerable damage occurs. That is almost inevitable for gay persons who are raised in a home where the parents have a very negative attitude towards gay persons and convey that attitude onto their children.

    Every person born has a risk of damage growing up, not just GLBT people.
