Am I not doing enough for my body?

    I was 145 lbs in december and 3 months later i became 160 and now in june im 163 lbs so I'm a tad concerned that I'm not gaining much weight or im losing it. Am I doing something wrong? or is it just the process I can't eat 6 meals because of limited funds but try to have two protein shakes with 4 meals instead.

    I feel ya man, I'm trying to gain weight but shit all happens. Even though I feel like I'm constantly eating I can't seem to gain anything. I weighed myself at the gym once and I was at 155lbs (I was so happy) then I weighed myself again the next day and I lost 26lbs. Either the scale might be broken or I have a severe body disorder icon_lol.gif

    Just a thought, but are you consistent when weighing yourself? Like, do you do it when you wake up before your first meal? Or after you've gone to the gym or what? If nothing else, having a full stomach can make a difference.
