Here is a recipe for a protein-packed pancake (hence the Triple P part of the name) that is DAF--Delicious as Fuck! Give them a try and tell me what you think.

    Triple P Delight

    80 grams (1 cup) old fashioned oats--ground
135 grams of banana (about 1 medium-sized banana)
40 grams of whey protein, any flavor (I recommend chocolate)
    2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter (optional)

Using a food processor or blender, put in the oats and ground them until a flour-like substance is formed. Then add protein powder and powdered peanut butter to the oats and mix for a few pulses, or until combined. Add the banana and blend until banana is pureed. Then add the two eggs and blend again for a few pulses, or until well incorporated.

In a pan sprayed with cooking spray, heated over medium heat, pour batter just enough to form at least a four inch disk. Cook on the first side until bubbles rise to the surface or if the edge appears to be firm, then flip and cook for about a minute on the other side. Serve and enjoy! icon_biggrin.gif

I Actually just drooled on my leg...

    No shit.

This sounds amazing - I wish had the patience to prepare food more often.

Heads up, this is the wrong forum to post this. If you look down there is a Food / Nutrition related forum. I'm glad you posted it here, though. I never check down that far

That actually looks pretty darn legit. I'll give that a shot!
