Why do you want to be a twink?

The only way a move to WI will make you fat is if you change your diet to one that makes you fat. So, if the pre-move diet kept your body twinkoliciously slender, just keep eating that way in WI.

Generally speaking, avoid sugar, refined grains, junk food, fast food, and other processed garbage.

Well, Josh, in your favor is the fast metabolism of youth. At your age, you can stay thin on a diet that in 20 years will make you fat. But, it sounds to me like your diet is not ideal, and at some point, it's going to catch up to you. I mean, c'mon, deep fried food is some of the worst stuff for you. And, don't count on a vegan diet necessarily keeping you slender, either. I live in a town with a lot of vegans and vegetarians, and a significant number of those people are overweight.

I don't know what else to tell you. The only thing that'll make you fat is what you choose to eat, and if you've resigned yourself to an eating out lifestyle full of fast food, the only advice one can give you is to control your portions.

Are you near a big city in Wisconsin or a small town?

    Hi Josh

If your around Madison, the Willy street area is full of vegan/veggie restaurants. They also have the Willy street coop which was one of the first organic food stores in the nation. Its opening another store in the downtown on West Wash in a few months.

If you want to eat non wisconsin, try anywhere in the willy st/ atwood area. Willy St is the counter culture area from the time of the Vietnam War protests. There is also a huge Organic Farmers Market on the capital square every Saturday Morning (In winter it transfers inside to Monona Terrace)

Other Wisc towns have organic co-ops , organic farmer markets and organic food retail chains (Whole Foods/ Trader Joes etc)

Wisconsin is a be fat and proud state so I know where your coming from but by working out (Madison has more bike paths and bicyclists per capita than anywhere else) and being careful about what you eat you can keep it twink.

Joke : What do you call a 450lb woman from Green Bay?
