I know it might be an odd question, but I'm just wondering.
I am 26 years old Asian man, 5'8", 138lbs. I have a quite slim body-not extremely slender- without belly. What I really want is to build muscle on my arms (biceps/triceps) so that I look better when I'm in short-sleeved tees. Also I'd like to widen my shoulder as it looks narrows and add six-packs on my abs. I have never had a "proper" weight training at the gym before. And I joined the gym few days ago and I don't know how to start it! Please help guys.icon_wink.gificon_smile.gif

You could start with a bulking plan, which can be done in under 4 hours a week. Look into diet right from the start as your biggest challenge is probably going to be eating enough calories (clean) to gain weight. You should look into different protein shakes as well.

I wanna also add that you should work out the whole body 3 times a week.
