Sure, muscle weighs more than fat, but there's gotta be a better way of accelerating "belly fat" loss than endless gym and portion control!

The supplement business is big bucks and for me, the shakes, cardboard cereals and sugar highs have less appeal than Tony Blair in a glory hole

What's your experience on CLA, supplements that work to help reduce abdominal fat? Any side effects, down side to look out for

i don't think abdominal fat is any different than non-abdominal fat. you just need to lower your overall body fat percentage if you want to see them babies icon_smile.gif. that may be easier or harder for you depending on your genetics, behavior, and commitment.

as for how you do it, i don't know what will work for you but i'm now at the point after 40+ lbs of weight loss where belly fat is the one thing that still bothers me, and i'm planning to continue doing what i've been doing for fat loss all along: lifting for more LBM, watching my diet/intake/macros, and eating quality foods. i'm also adding some ab exercises but that alone isn't the answer from what i've read in numerous places. and i don't think supplements are the answer to this at all. YMMV.

maybe you should see a dietician or tell us what you eat more specifically..
