Recommended Daily Calorie Intake

    Hey! I'm looking to lose a few kg's but concerned about my recommended daily calorie intake

    I've usually always stuck by 1800 calories a day with lower fat intake, high protein and mid range carbs.

    I do 3 interval high intensity cardio sessions a week and 3 mid range weight sessions.

    I just want some feedback on if I'm doing the right thing to drop the final 5-6 kg's or if I'm wasting my time

    That should work. With your cardio/lifting schedule your calorie maintenance level is probably 2,500/day so 1,800 should cause you to lose. Just make sure you're getting the protein or you'll lose muscle.

    Are you an endomorph? Any ectomorph would starve on 1800
