I just got introduced to the Ab Roller. I've looked at videos on YouTube
to get the proper form down. I really need to strengthen my core and
would like to define my abs while I'm at it. I have a long torso and
sometimes have issues with my lower back (but not all the time).
My question is, will the Ab roller help to strengthen my core and my
back, or will it do the opposite and kill my back? Thanks for any
    tips you can give me!

It works great if you use it correctly.

It will fuck up your back if you use it incorrectly.

Yeah, I figured that much out...what's your idea of how to use it
correctly? There seems to be various schools of thought on this
    from what I've found online.

I learned how by watching YT videos, and culling the ones that were advertisements for the AB roller.

It makes a great weekend gag, if you can con some of your friends into doing a few easy reps during the afternoon. Then they're cramping up at inconvenient times for the rest of the weekend icon_lol.gif
