People made cutting out to be so hard and scary. I'm actually enjoying it! been on the ''cutting board'' for about 4 months now. After bulking for so long... it feels good.

Working out before and after work, eating the same amount of calories each day, calculating every single calorie i put in etc.

it seemed like a chore at first emot-crying.gif

But, as always, I'm very determined. And i have already seen the most definition on my body in my 23 years of life. I'm also very flexible, strong, fast, and feeling overall happy. Not only have i gone up in most of my weights. But also gone up on my cardio! i can do a 2 mile run at 11:47. That's not great compared to others here. But it's the best I've done so far on running.

Cutting is really great and I've never felt better doing it. Who else is currently on a cut?

Lumpy's handy kitchen tip o' the day: if you put your onion in the fridge a few hours before you slice it you'll get a lot fewer tears.

Or just hire a male escort, and instead of having sex with him, have him slice the onions for me. icon_twisted.gif
