I have ATT Uverse, can somebody explain to me who is to blame for my Netflix constant buffering between the hours of 8:30pm and 11:30pm M-F and random S-S? If I start a movie before 8pm, Netflix seems to be fine, but when the movie gets near the end, Netflix sound starts to "jitter" and ruins the rest of the movie by buffering till the end.

Anytime between these hours, Netflix will buffer up to 50 times during the movie, making it an awful experience, not to mention,
3 hours to watch a 2 hour movie

Much like this article, Netflix is blaming the ISP for its slow connection box (non fiber to home) for the congestion in this time frame. While the ISPs are blaming Netflix buffering its own networks

I just want to watch the fucking movies without buffering interruptions, is that too much to ask for? Dam, I am paying both these service provider clowns and not getting what I paid for from either. icon_twisted.gif
