As I've talked with a bunch of guys who applied to the Challenge, I've heard from a few of them that they have gotten accepted. Just wanted to say congratulations to you all. You've got a great journey ahead of you. Feel free to ask questions of any of us who blazed the trail before you.

Also, this thread is an opportunity to let everyone else know!

Note: I deleted the competing topic.

    just confirmed

and just so y'all know, buddylisting me isn't going to stop me from beating you all in the Challenge! bwa-ha-ha!

    Kidding - just a little friendly trash-talk.

I think that there are fewer of us than in the 1st Challenge - anyone want to see if we can figure out the total % lost by the first group and we'll see if we can lose more?

CONGRATS to everyone who was accepted! And good luck!

Wow! Congrats to all of you who have been selected to the new challenge! As Matt said, please feel free to buddy us... ask questions... or just be a ear to bend if you need help or guidance thru the next few months. We are here for you and will give you all the support and advice we can!

It will be hard the first few weeks but once you get past that and your body (and mind) understand how you should be eating, you will start to see differences in your body! You are all handsome guys so just imagine what you will look like 20 pounds lighter! icon_wink.gif

You all should help each other... it truly helped matt45710, jkw69, and myself succeed with our challenge. Matt45710 lost 11.4% of his original body weight... maybe you all should aim for that goal! But remember, it not just how much you have lost... it envolves all the other parts of the challenge to be the winner. TigerFrank lost 13.5% of his body weight (which was more than Matt) but did not win... it not just about losing weight... by helping others, you will truly help yourself!

So again, congrats to all of you! I will be buddy listing you all so please feel free to say hello and know that we are all here for ya!icon_biggrin.gif

Man, I'm excited too and looking forward to hearing what real pros have to say!

Not sure I can help with total poundage loss cuz I'm pretty light to begin with, but if there's some group fat loss % metric, I will definitely do my best on that part!

While we might not be "the experts", Chris and I have been getting a lot of questions from many of the guys as to how we accomplished what we did during the first challenge. We'd like you all to really succeed and show us up, so we're willing to share whatever we did that we discovered that helped up succeed (and what got in our way). I'm sure that many of the other guys who participated in the first challenge would also be willing to share their experiences.

I know that I'd rather say the same thing once to a lot of guys rather than having to say or type it numerous times. Let me know if guys would be interested in a scheduled chat or telephone call. Chris I know is also open to that. But don't let that stop you form saying hello and asking a specific question.

Don't believe him, guys! He told me I needed to eat lard sundaes topped with melted butter and chocolate sauce 7 times daily! Don't make the call!

( I, however, will promise to keep in touch with him - not for advice, just for uh, the ability to learn of his .... uh, erroneous advice .... yeah, that's it. Not to give myself a competitive advantage, never.... )
