I know there's a billion products out there and a million threads on each product, but what do you guys consider to be the best product out there?

I've almost my big box of Pharma Whey HT+ and while I loved the flavour, the taste and other products in their range. I feel this hasn't done much.

A lot of "gain" protein seems to be filled with carbs, which maybe I'm being overly cautious of I'd still like to avoid as my main goal is bigger muscles and strength but a clean low fat% body.

    So yeah, any suggestions?

I know ON comes up a lot when researching.

personally i use syntrax nectar....a variety of flavors no other protein would have plus its not full of junk.

also i been looking to switching to carnivor just for the red meat protein which also helps a lot with gains since that is ur goal. i have a high metabolism and struggle to add mass and size to my body.

but u definitely can't go wrong with ON whey protein. literally the best stuff on the market

ON is good, but lately I prefer Dymatize ISO-100, mostly because it tastes better but it's also very low carb.

Nectar is good, or ISOpure, which are both pricey, but, better quality.

Remember, carbs are protein sparing, and your body's preferred source of energy. Without adequate carbs, you'll not be able to make gains. Protein is fine, but, calories are king.

Stay away from the weight gainers. Inferior protein sources, sugar, fat, and other stuff. If you're looking to consume calories anyways you can, I guess it's ok. But if you're wanting to gain lean mass slowly, stick with a good quality whey isolate protein, like ON.

Also, keep in mind that you do need carbs to gain muscle mass. Try adding some fruit to your shake before and/or after your workouts.

My favorite brand is Jay Robb's but I have not tried too many. I like it because it's mainly food products, not a lot of stuff I can't identify. I have delusions about getting huge, but I definitely want something after my workout. I have this with greek yogurt, some berries, water and ice.
