You don't need a gym to do cardio in Cincinnati. That city is extremely hilly and a great place to run. That will help you build up your endurance in no time. Many of the hills in Cincinnati are very steep but the cityscape is very scenic and historic which will help make hill running very enjoyable for you. Trust me on this one, running on the hilly streets of Cincinnati will really get you in tip top physical shape. If you are a cyclist guess what, your are in luck again. Cincinnati along with Pittsburgh are awesome places to ride a bike with their hilly, scenic, city streets.

JimiB saidHey thanks for that information.
You are more than welcome. I have been to Cincinnati a couple of times and two features that I clearly remember about that city is its beautiful architecture and its very hilly topography. It is also a city of large, shady trees. So put on a pair of spandex running tights and get out there on those hilly streets and run til your heart is content. You might get some attention from several of the guys in town with that muscular body. Rent a bike if you are unable to take your own bike with you. Cycling on hilly terrain is a great work out. Your legs will scream at the endicon_biggrin.gif
