I could use support In losing weight. Someone who can give me a boost when I need it, perhaps daily. Just a quick attaboy or such.
I don't need suggestions, I don't like unsolicited advice. Just a word of encouragement. Any volunteers?icon_biggrin.gif

You can just ask for someone's nude pic to get inspired. icon_lol.gif Some fellas here share their nudes when discussing weight lost.

Losing weight is very hard.I just lost 16 pounds and have maybe 6 more to go.I cut out a lot of the foods I really like such as Pizza and pasta and have been hitting the gym more.At 5'6 2 additional pounds shows on my body so it is very rough. In order to look slim i need to be no more than say 147 or 148.I am happy with my results and when I hit my goal I am going to just eliminate some of the worst foods such as pizza or just have them once a week.Swimming can be great for weight loss as well.So you go boy and good luck to you.Ryan

Look at yourself in the mirror. Remind yourself of all the implications of being a fat ass. Continue with your program, since you don't want real advice.

All jokes aside, I definitely struggle when I don't have someone around to motivate me. I was at my best shape when I had a regular workout buddy, but it's tough to find that just anywhere.

My best motivator when trying to lose weight is success. Setting small goals like drop from 182 to 179 by the end of next week. Then resetting another small goal. Weigh every morning first thing after peeing and before drinking anything. Good luck!

Just another reason why Chris from RJ booted Chunkystud. He begged to come back and this is what he does with his second chance??! This member quit the site because of him.

Chuckles to most of us you are a fat guy with a roid gut, no wonder you pulled many of your pics off here. Remember your one in the singleticon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

For me, external motivations never really helped much. If anything it would be more of a hindrance since people can often let you down and loaded with their own selfish motivations. Motivation best comes from within.
