    Or tablet?

I am on Android and these are they game that I am playing currently:

Angry Bird Epic (awesome strategy RPG game),
LINE Rangers (addictive and battery draining)
2048 (best for killing time and when you are offline)
100 Ballz (also a casual and time-killing game)
BADLAND (adventure type game, amazing graphics and physics, interesting gameplay, and free).

    What about you?

    - Badlands is GREAT!

    - Rayman Run / Fiesta Run

    - Spaceteam (!!!) If you have a few friends in the same room, have them download this amazing free game. It'll kick your ass as you try to get higher up through the levels. Best multi-player game I've found for the iOS.

    - Multiponk ... like pong, but SOOO much better. Up to four players!

    - Smash Hit - amazing graphics and great audio work.

    - OLO - fun strategy game

    - Sonic Racing... closest thing to Mario Kart this side of iOS

    - Waking Mars ... adventure game

    - DeadSpace... will literally make you jump. Play it alone, with headphones... in the dark. Scary as fcuk!

    Iphone 5c:

Gta San Andreas is a great time killer. The graphics look better, controls are a bit weird but you get used to it.

Plants Vs Zombies 2: Great for toilet time

Unreal fishing: Just a lot of fun

this cool new thing called "Phone". Its a tiny little app that lets you type in a series of numbers that correspond to another person's "Phone" app and then you can have a 2-way conversation with them if they accept your "call". It also has this neat feature called "Voicemail" built in so that if the you don't answer a "call" the person trying to contact you can record a message for you to listen to later.

Reeeeealy? Where can one download this? Is the app fully developed or is this still in beta (and is it a free download, or a one-time fee, or ongoing subscription?) Will the Phone app work on the iPhone?

It's been out of beta for years. It was available on the very first smartphones actually and yes, full cross-platform compatibility.

The iPad & iPhone are just time killers for us in waiting rooms, so no games that require heavy involvement or with action, easy to interrupt at a moment's notice.

Generally classic solitaire for me, if there isn't WiFi for the Internet. My husband also plays solitaire on his own iPad, or a stand-alone app version of the Wheel of Fortune TV game show.

But aside from waiting rooms, we seldom play games on our tablets or phones.

I see what you did there!

But honestly, "phone" acts more like one of the many apps on a smartphone these days, rather than the main function.

Uh, so three mantis aliens have boarded ship and just ate half my crew, theres a giant hole in my engine room where a missile has turned the whole rear of my ship into a vacuum, my shield generator is on fire and I just had to turn off the oxygen so that I could power what weak offenses I left.

That's what my desktop computer with 3 large monitors is for. When I game, I like to do it big.
