  Depends on the guy. If he is in a band and it isn't too long maybe. If he is a vampire on TV or movies it is OK too. I also like John Snow from Game of Thrones.

  Even in the 70's-80's, it was more of a turn on for girls as far as attraction, guys wanted the hair to attract girls, I think women still find this attractive after all these years given the "romance novel" of long haired studs sweeping them off their feet.
