    Hi guys !

I'm moving next month to United Kingdom. I'm really into sports and lifting and I like looking after my nutrition. I have created this topic to comment where do you buy good food (the cheapest and with the best quality).

Where do you usually buy eggs, chicken, bread, low-fat cheese, ... ?

Thank you for you help icon_razz.gif

Aldi or Lidl will probably be the cheapest, if there's one near you.
I don't shop at either, I'd have to drive about 5 miles to my nearest branch, or 7 miles to one with a car park.
There's a Sainsbury about 2 minutes walk from home, so I use that.

    Good luck with the move!

    Expensive: Waitrose, Marks & Spencer
Middle: Sainsburys, Asda, Tesco, Co-op, Morrisons
    Cheap: Aldi, Lidl

Co-op and Tescos have both got a lot of healthy options, vegetarian, gluten free etc etc.
