Cutting without losing gains

    Is there a way I can get cut but still not lose any strength gains? I'm currently bulking but I want to gain lean mass without all the extra fat. I know I'll still gain some fat while bulking but I want to keep it to a minimum.. Any advice or tips?

    Body builders only do that for competition because it is extremely unhealthy long term ... unless you are competing or doing a photo shoot don't bother with it

    You continue to hit your protein goals on a daily basis. You then restrict sugars. Focus on good fats, run from bad fats. Continue to lift like a beast. Throw in some cardio 2 days a week.Done.
