N Carolina will not defend marriage ban any further

    they pushed it all the way to a Federal Appeals court w/o success so... whatever. I guess the state attorney's office has found new worthless projects.

    The AG is going to run against McCorey and I am so ready for someone to kick the Governor out. Someone who will see to it that our teachers are paid better, who will accept Medicaid expansion, and who will stop fucking with the environment while sleeping with Duke Power. But with Arte Pope owning the state (he actually financed all the right wing candidates including the governor and McCorey obliged by making him the budget director), it won't be easy turning the state back to it's moderate times before the red tide took over

    Would I correct in assuming that the North Carolina gay marriage ban would be the shortest? After all, the issue was up only two years ago during primary season, if my memory is correct.
