    I know Jim Kim a bit, current President. He's a thoughtful, solid guy on all issues but especially ones involving health. I find this difficult to believe. I'll see what I can find out.

    Apparently when Kim took over after appointment by Obama, he ordered a total review of all project approval procedures and requirements. The system was calcified and highly bureaucratic. He asked for an evaluation of how the Bank can be more effective as well as more cost effective. It is just a review. Recommendations will follow but he put out the word that there would be no sacred cows. Everything was up for discussion. Makes sense to me. He did the same thing when he took over Dartmouth.
