    Reminds of of the cyclists who spend more time buying tech gadgets for their bikes than actually riding them.

    How so? The only way that it works in CrossFit is that you actually use the benchmarks and there's very little technology in the equipment itself.

    Croffit enthusiasts get heart rate monitors, pedometers, stopwatches, smartphone apps, body composition scales, etc. to track their progress.

    Cyclists get heart rate monitors, cyclometers, stopwatches, smartphone apps, body composition scales, etc. to track their progress.

    Haha - I think I've only seen one guy with a heart rate monitor before at my box. I've been to a number of different classes during the day (and you can tell since the hot guys are often shirtless haha).
