Ridiculous tales from Grindr

So i only downloaded the app a bit more than a month ago. Something I realised was Grindr isn't short of some interesting characters. Absurd people or absurd conversations soon became such a norm on this app. I later wasnt even logon on to hook up, meet new matches or keep up, but for the sheer element of comic surprise

I know there must be some ridiculously hilarious Grindr Tales out there, anyone wanna share some?

    I'll start:
I got a message from a guy. He had no photo and his description said he was looking for a wank buddy. So i decide to reply and we exchange some messages till it comes to the point where i ask him to send me a picture. Hes really shy and says that hes overweight, I replied saying I dont mind at all reasuring him hed get a pic from me too. The pic is received and he isnt really that overweight, maybe tubby. I had no intention of meeting him (not big on NSA) but i wanted to see how this played out.

I tell him this and he starts to aggressively deny it, later adding: "I am fat, i want my wank buddy screaming it to me whilst he strokes me"

After i denied his offer as official wank buddy. I tried giving him advice on putting up a profile picture so that the genuinely interested guys would only talk to him. Before i could send the advice he blocked me...

I couldn't decide if i should've laughed or be upset by the situation.

I don't blame him for blocking you. You were being an ass. Grow up.

Grindr is pretty much exactly what you'd expect a bunch of dudes wanting sex, the few who just want love and then the cynics and trolls.

I definitely have some but out of respect I won't reshare with the internet. Of course I pretty much have it for sheer boredom, I don't take it serious and find most messages amusing. But I also sort of got over online or apps to find anything other than friends.

But y'know you could've told him you weren't interested from the get go, but perhaps the block was a little in haste, but try being in his shoes, you chose to flirt back it's not like he spam hit on you then blocked you. Sort of a crummy thing to lead someone on then be like psyche!

I just browse these apps for the eye candy. Even though half of them are fake profiles. icon_lol.gif

I wasnt being rude. My profile said Networking and Friends. My intent was clear, I only wanted to talk.

I was never rude and offered advise. END OF STORY.
