Versus when they were in high school. When i was in high school i was a lot more chubby, wide, and thick.

I was a lineman, but was horrible at running. My coach had me do strength training more than anything. But the cardio and running part i was very bad on.

Now that I've been very athletic the past 4 or 5 years. I'm way better now than i ever was in high school (Graduated in 09)

    Anyone else experience the same?

I haven't played now in a couple years icon_sad.gif I miss it so much. I really want to get CHAD to do a battle of the badges football game I'd love to get back on the field kicking ass.

I didn't play in high school, and I was less than useless in pick-up games.

However, just for fun, I took up rugby for a little bit in college. Still generally sucked at rugby, but I learned how to tackle at least, and I've always been able to outrun just about anyone, so taken together, I'm actually not a bad guy to have around!icon_smile.gif

I think it's good to do things we're bad at sometimes.

Rugby is a sport I've tried a few times. It definitely helps with football! the speed and strength are good for building there.
