I'm returning to California when I move to San Francisco this January.

My question is: Do you or anyone you know need a roommate or have an opening in some place for a new person in January 2015? I'm going to need as 'cheap' rent (there's no such thing in SF) as I can get. I'm more than willing to SHARE a bedroom, because I'm limited on funds. I'm quiet, clean, drug free and really low key. I've never missed a rent payment in my life.

My preference would be to live with at least one other gay guy. For rent i'm thinking between $500-$800 month, I know that seems really low but i'm informed that it's do-able if sharing a room, and in some cases a private room. I'm most familiar with the mission/castro/height area.

If you can help a brother out, that would be AWESOME icon_biggrin.gifthanksicon_biggrin.gif

Good luck. Rents here are very high. Craigslist.com is a place that lots of rentals/roommate situations are listed. You might want to consider Oakland as well,as it is a bit cheaper

southbeach1500 saidWhy would you want to pay so much for the "privilege" of living in San Francisco? Give Portland some consideration.

If he got a job in SF then moving to Portland for the lower rent won't help him much...

I'm going to SF because of the job and because I have family there that I can stay with until I find housing. I'm trying to find housing now though so I don't overstay my welcome.
