Confidence versus Arrogance

Suppose you feel confident about your looks. How can you tell that you are confident? Bringing out your chest and exude that "look at me I am confident" look? Is a better word "assertive"?

Confidence can be about taking risks and standing out. Your personality will either make you stand out, or stand with the crowd. Is it natural to question your fitness, your looks and your ability to attract other men?

People with authority will be confident because they need to make decisions. When you are in a relationship, will you be decisive or wait for a decision to be made? Would it make sense to say each person in the relationship complement each other?

So how confident are with your looks and how confident are you being gay?

Confident people are usually humble. Arrogance is usually a sign of insecurity or overcompensating which means they aren't confident.

your body language says it all, with having a humble aura about it and people will be able to see that without you even having to say anything.

This is a good answer to the difference of the two.

I agree with comments above, the type of guy I am most attracted to is one who is attractive/handsome and confident but totally down to earth and humble. They are very secure in who they are and don't need to prove anything to themselves or anyone else. Arrogance is never attractive.

Confidence is about how you carry and present yourself, being a positive person...etc. Being arrogance is more about masking an insecurity or they just want to play the mean bitch part but deep down, they're vulnerable. Make sense? icon_cool.gif
