I upped my calories to 4000 . its been about a week and I am noticing alot of bloating and puffiness. Is this a normal part of the process of my body adjusting to that calorie amt ? Usually this is the pt where I say fuck it . Then in like two days the bloat goes away. I want to keep going hopefully the bloat is just that a temp adjustment to the calories.
