cut out more cardio ?

    I am losing it instead of gaining. I was thinking about cutting my cardio back . My week usually goes like this Weights 3 times a week, hiit cardio 2 -3times plus 3 hrs wrestling training 2 days per week, Im thinking up my cals as well as only doing the wrestling training.

    I'd try cutting out the cardio completely...Lift hard and heavy for a month, and see where your at...My 2 bits
