But I feel the problem with people who say they want to lose weight and yet drink soda or eat too much fast food is they don't exercise or if they do, they don't do it often.
I mean, it's hard for me to gain weight even if I drink soda but I always stick to my exercise regimen and that really helps a lot. But that's just me. Your coconut mixed with dates combo sounds pretty good. I usually just make banana shakes lol.
