In preparation for hitting the gym this year, I thought I better get adjusted taking protein shakes. I just started drinking it once a day (as directed in the packaging) in the last five days, yet, why do I feel my muscles sore already even after, say, jerking off??? Is this supposed to be a normal phenomenon?

I don't know, but if you are that enthusiastic in bed, you need to go into porn.

Hey guys, I'm serious here! It freaks me out whenever I feel some sort of muscle hardening like my whole arm is frozen into one piece... as if all the muscle fibers just became one solid piece. Is this expected when you take protein supplements even before you do an actual workout?

A protein supplement is like eating a steak. Only, you take out nearly all the fat. So, unless you are taking one supplemented with a lot of caffeine, guarna, and the like, this should not be happening.
