Help me to understand what I should eat to help build muscle

    My trainer has me on a diet to help me get healthy and build muscle but I find I'm still very hungry after eating. Help!!

    want an honest advise? get rid of your trainer, trainers are useless and cost lot of cash

    second eat whatever the fuck you want, more you will eat - better

    third exercise every single day 30 min and lift weights at least 2 - 3 times a week and you will see the results

    The reason you're hungry after eating is that you're burning more calories than you're taking in, and your body is telling you that it needs more food. So, you can either eat larger portions of what you're already eating, or you can eat more often (which is what I think works best).

    ask your trainer for help with this. he's the one taking your money icon_smile.gif

    it's hard for us to tell you what to eat because we don't really know your situation (ecto?), including what you're eating now.

    You need split your training days
    Separate body parts to for maximise your gain

    Legs are essential
    back with triceps
    chest with biceps
    shoulders

    have protein shakes at least twice day in-between meals
    add and oats to help gains
    bananas, and honey .

    5 meals a day . always have source or protein with carbs
    Rice with chicken, or potatoes, sweat potatoes
    Fish, turkey, tuna. Cottage cheese. And Greek yogurt.

    Get regular sleep.
