I know this is a joke site. I see some sexy studs on this site and I am attracted to men my size and some muscular men, just not overkill.

I'm 21, I am 5'10" and I weigh 150 pounds and am slim. So it's not secret in some confrontation, there are men on this site who can break me like a stick lol.

I am not fit, in the sense of playing sports all the time. I was made fun of as a kid so the whole physical fitness thing doesn't work for me. I am really just a nerd, I am not all about video games and anti social behavior. I will drink at bars and I will talk about other things. But I am not the gym type. I might put a better picture half naked, but it might not impress people here.

You know there's no reason you can't reinvent yourself as an adult. It will take some effort but you have the power to change, if you want.

I could do that. I have a lot of sexual energy because I am single. But when it comes to physically lifting objects I can go above and beyond if I wanted to. I'm not obese. I just have a small gut and some string arms.

Then do like Morphic suggested. Join a gym. Learn how to eat properly to feed muscle growth. And get bigger. I'm pretty sure from what you say you'd be happier if you were more proud of your body. And you'd feel better, too. Look, we all started sometime. It didn't just happen to us. And trust me, the guys at the gym will appreciate you being there if you take it seriously and do the work.

The only department I'm fine in is eating the best I can. I don't make much money, but soda has been eliminated from my diet for 2 years, except for driving in various states. Fluoride water is bad, so I have my well water supply and a unique filter that purifies the water. I eat......organic food( I hate that term)

So I am not junking myself, if I do I try my best to avoid it. I am reluctant to eat meat as well. I have no friends really, so if I go to the gym, I hope I can find some people interested in helping me. Personal trainers are way to expensive.

It's part of being a nerd, I spent most time being anti social. I digress from the negative. I think there's more to being man, than muscles and build.

Gyms don't work that way. Everyone is there to do their own work. There are four major muscle groups excluding the legs. Arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Figure out five different exercises for each muscle group (on the net or buy a book) that interest you, then do 3 sets of ten reps for each exercise. Rest a couple of minutes between sets, a bit longer between different exercises. Do a different muscle group each day. When that gets easy, raise the weight. Eat 40 grams of protein immediately after working out. Get your rest. Work your legs by doing cardio. That will get you started.

Is there a way to get protein without eating the meat(hormone loaded) and powder? Because protein methods might work shortly, but long term effects are not worth it. Meat is so unhealthy is ridiculous, it's not treated properly and we feed animals to their own kind, instead of grain or grass feeding them.

I love video games, tech, and anything geeky and I'm pretty fucking ripped. I also have a lot of bodyweight strength as I usually just do bodyweight/gymnastics exercising from home.

There is absolutely no reason you can't get fit or exercise as I haven't stepped foot inside a gym once (okay, maybe once) and have had amazing results.

Research bodyweight fitness... my two cents.

And to answer your question: yes, bigger guys like smaller guys. I could have the handful of men who were just chatting with me in New Orleans vouch for me ;-)!

*adjusting to polite but "i feel you but i dont want to explode angrily" tone*

ok so, I consider myself a nerd too. I don't play a lot of sports, I don't even know how to play a lot of sports.

But, I let myself be adventurous. It's nice to learn new things. It opens mind. I guess you can say I was simultaneously exploring atheism while learning new things in college and learning lifting and trying to be more social. Sometimes it's just good to go out of comfort zone, even a little tip toe at a time.

I started lifting weights using Stronglift 2 years ago, and while I am a bit slow gainer because eating a lot frequently isn't something I can do with my busy life, I still try to eat more when I am eating. I have gained weights and improved strength (at least based on my increasing weights that I can lift.)

I understand that you might be shy and anti social and stuff. But when you go to the gym, remember that it's about you. If people say hi, they can, but you don't have to keep talking. I am lesser degree of shy, but I'm still shy. A gym is a facility that promotes health and fitness, not social, at least not the main goal anyway.

For a video game analogy, do you realize that every character needs to spend at least some time to train their STR/DEX/DEF/INT skill? Same goes to real life. It's fine that you don't play sports a lot, but ask yourself if it's fine to stay fit.

I watch a lot of japanese medical drama, and I am also interested in science, and I have come to realize that, with all this discovery and knowledge we have about how human body works and behave, we still have a lot of health issues in this world, even though most of them are not genetics and can be prevented. (like body injuries from bad form, weak body, or posture)

lastly, define "gym type". do you mean the ones who spend hours everyday for all weeks in the gym? there's different types of fitness. some people prefer having mirror muscles, some prefer having functional muscles. some want to be healthy, some want to delay aging. I mean, you could acknowledge that there are people who fit into that one particular type of personality/behavior, but not everyone is.

and finally, i know what you're saying that being a man is more than muscles. i dont know what works for you. but having a nice posture and nice health can help with intellectual pursuit and creativity too. You get sick less, you have more energy, you focus better. (ok im a hypocrite because im bad at the sleeping early part and focusing at school lol). Try not to think that everybody who lift/bulk are there for the muscle, learn to see past the stereotype/misconception. There are people who just keep themselves fit for maybe an hour a day, but they spend the other 23 hours doing other things with their lives.

So far I just eat more meat or when I eat out, I go for the meal with more meat. (but cut down on the fatty sauce or something.) and it's going great so far in my fast metabolism slow growth lol. icon_razz.gif

as far as the agriculture of meat goes.. that's not my department. But im sure nuts and tofu and soy could help too, if you dont mind farting a lot.

    #i type too much
    #this is an essay
#maybe a biography for the last 2 years of my life and philosophical changes
#hashbrown is yummy but i like garlic bread too
#and nice to meet you fellow nerd
#dont put too much stat into INT, focus some into STR for better armors and inventory size
#im still hashtagging but like, have u heard of mageknight?
#or even workout so you can look good in cosplay i know i like pictures of hot cosplay studs
#or what about hot anime guys, are they motivational?

That's your answer; here's the hard truth - become a "twunk" (twink with muscles) and you'll reel in the big boys. Even though for some reason he portrays himself as "small" and "thin" whenever he makes similar comments on threads like these despite being muscular (albeit short) himself, jmusmc_85 is spot on and his scenarios plausible. Odds are that any member "smaller" than you who posts that they have no problem getting a bigger more muscular guy has a hot, tight, defined and gym-toned little body, like his or IceBuckets' (http://www.realjock.com/IceBuckets). With a body like theirs muscle boys will be all over you because you'll give them their muscle fix but aren't competition. In other words, you'll turn them on being "hot" but turn them on even more by making them feel like ten foot tall, all-powerful, raging tops because bodybuilders have egos and don't all seek bigger men to dominate them - at least not all the time. But if you're like most people who create threads on this subject - out of shape and skinny-fat, small or not - you're outta luck. The good news is that you don't have to become that which you desire - a pale imitation will suffice.
